About the 2017 Case Study Competition:
Sponsored by Williams Communications, LLC
The purpose of the case study is to provide students with a practical, “hands on” learning experience on relevant issues in college sport.
Judging the Competition
The judging panel, selected by the College Sport Research Institute, will consist of sport-industry professionals, topical experts, and/or academic professors. While the judges may be familiar or involved in the selected case subject, they will not be affiliated with any of the programs or institutions participating in the competition. To determine the overall winner of the competition, students will be judged on the quality of their case content, presentation delivery, and ability to respond to proposed questions. The winning teams will be announced at the conference.
The CSRI Case Study presentation competition will take place at the Hilton Columbia and USC Alumni Center.
